Correction of errors in the map

The processing is completed with a second plenary agreement, this one from July 29, 2026, which rectifies material errors in the technical document approved in June and is published in the same gazette with the reference BOP-A-2026-3520. The correction consists of three cartographic adjustments:

  • Removal of properties INN3_72 and INN3_94 from the map, as they do not correspond to the approved reality.
  • Elimination of the graphical duplication of property INN3_28, which corresponds to the plot of the Cooperativa de La Unión.
  • Rectification of pages 228 and 293 of the map, in accordance with the technical document dated July 21, 2026.

Registration, entry into force, and appeals

The document is registered in Book I, Section 1, Page 55 of the Municipal Registry of Planning Instruments, Urban Agreements, and Cataloged Assets and Spaces, and in the Regional Registry of Urban Planning Instruments under number 11.011, registration book Montilla, of the Registration Unit of Córdoba. The submission to the Ministry of Public Works, Territorial Articulation, and Housing of the Regional Government of Andalusia must be carried out within one month from the final approval, pursuant to Article 82 of the LISTA.

The innovation shall enter into force on the day following the publication of the agreement and the urban planning regulations.
