The Evaluating Board will be composed of five members, preferably career civil servants, appointed by the Mayor’s Office, with their corresponding substitutes. The final grade will be the sum of both exercises, and in the event of a tie, it will be resolved in favor of the person who obtains a higher score in the second exercise and, failing that, by public draw.

Employment pool and closing

A job pool will be formed with the remaining applicants who do not obtain a position for future appointments or temporary contracts, with a minimum validity of four years. The call represents an opportunity for stable public employment in the local sphere for professional drivers, by offering entry as permanent labor personnel in the Montemayor City Council. The rules, signed by the mayor Antonio García López in Montemayor on August 13, 2026, may be challenged through an optional appeal for reversal within one month or a contentious-administrative appeal before the Contentious-Administrative Court of Córdoba within two months.
