Montemayor approves 21,689.22 euros annually for the partial dedication of Soto Carmona

The plenary session of the Montemayor City Council, held on September 24, 2026, approved the remuneration agreement for elected officials with partial dedication, assigning 21,689.22 gross euros annually to the deputy mayor Antonio Soto Carmona, effective from October 1, 2026. The agreement is published in the Official Gazette of the Province of Córdoba, number 198, dated October 13, 2026, in the Local Administration section, page 14835, with the official reference BOP-A-2026-3346.

The plenary agreement modifies the determination of the position that may be held under a partial dedication regime and fixes the amounts of its remuneration, which will be updated by the same amount as municipal public employees if approved by the government. The announcement is processed under file Gex 4166/26 and was signed in Montemayor on September 29, 2026, by the mayor, Antonio García López.

The approved amount and the working day percentage

The agreement details the position, the remuneration, and the working day percentage associated with the partial dedication:

Fourteen payments and Social Security registration

The agreement establishes that the remuneration will be received in fourteen payments: twelve corresponding to the different months of the year and the remaining two corresponding to the months of June and December. Furthermore, the designated person will be registered in the general Social Security regime, and the Corporation must assume the payment of the corresponding employer contributions.

The document specifies that the date of modification of the partial dedication is October 1, 2026, such that the new remuneration regime takes effect from the beginning of that month.

Publication and control of the agreement

The decision of the plenary of Montemayor incorporates into the municipal budget an annual gross remuneration of 21,689.22 euros for a partial dedication of 75%, plus the employer Social Security contributions that must be assumed by the Corporation.
