Logrosán somete a información pública el cheque-bebé 2027 y dos tasas

The Logrosán City Council has initially approved the regulatory ordinance for the Baby-Check subsidy for 2027 and two new tax ordinances: the fee for stay and use of services at the nursing home and the fee for the indoor sports pavilion. The agreement is published in the Official Gazette of the Province of Cáceres number 0212, corresponding to Thursday, November 5, 2026, in Section I (Local Administration), with official reference BOP-2026-5163 and the signature of the mayor-president, Julio A. Roldán Masa, in Logrosán on November 3, 2026.

Thirty days to file claims at the Secretariat

The publication of the announcement opens a public information period of 30 days, counted from the appearance of the announcement in the provincial gazette. During this window, interested parties may examine the files at the City Council Secretariat and submit any claims and suggestions they deem appropriate.

Counting from the publication on November 5, the period extends until the first few days of December 2026. The initial approval does not close the procedure: the texts must be resolved after this public exhibition process before being definitively approved.

The announcement does not detail amounts, access requirements, or specific rates; therefore, the economic conditions of the three figures must be consulted in the full text of each ordinance deposited at the municipal Secretariat.

Baby-Check 2027: direct aid to families

The first of the regulations is the Municipal Regulatory Ordinance for the Baby-Check Subsidy for 2027, a municipal financial aid linked to the birth or adoption of children. Its processing as an ordinance, rather than a one-off call, places the benefit within the stable framework of the council’s social action.

As it is a subsidy, its application will require a call for applications, a budget credit, and justification of expenditure by the beneficiaries, in accordance with the general regime of public aid.

Nursing home and pavilion: two fees under review

The other two regulations are of a fiscal nature and affect municipal services for daily use:

  • Fiscal Regulatory Ordinance for the Fee for Stay and Use of Services at the Nursing Home, which sets the municipal public price for the care service.
  • Fiscal Regulatory Ordinance for the Fee for the use of the Indoor Sports Pavilion, which regulates the charge for the use of the sports facility.

The first affects families with elderly relatives admitted to the municipal center; the second affects sports clubs, local entities, and private users who reserve the court.

A budget of 5.77 million as a framework

The processing arrives with the accounts recently closed: the Logrosán City Council definitively approved the General Budget for 2026, published on November 4, 2026, in bulletin number 0211, for a total of 5,776,350.00 euros in both expenses and income. Of that figure, 1,472,759.00 euros correspond to the chapter of fees, public prices, and other income, the area addressed by the ordinances now presented.

The council also maintains other family support services, such as the childcare center, whose November 2026 census was open to the public for fifteen days.

The relevance of this procedure is twofold: it defines how much users of the residence and the pavilion will pay next year and the rules by which the birth or adoption grant will be distributed. Any family, resident, or club interested in changing the content of the regulations has until early December to submit allegations to the Secretariat of the Logrosán City Council; afterwards, the corporation will resolve them and publish them for their entry into force.
