Provisional list of admitted candidates to the Administrative Corps via internal promotion

The General Directorate of the Civil Service of the Ministry of Presidency, Public Administrations, Justice and Security has approved and ordered the publication of the provisional list of persons admitted and excluded from the selective tests to enter, through horizontal and vertical internal promotion, the Administrative Corps (Group C, Subgroup C1) of the Public Administration of the Autonomous Community of the Canary Islands. This is established by the Resolution of September 4, 2026, published in the Official Gazette of the Canary Islands (BOC) no. 183, of September 11, 2026, pages 34419 to 34424.

The call for applications originates from the Resolution of April 10, 2026 (BOC no. 76, of 4.21.2026), which convened the tests in execution of the 2023 Public Employment Offer, approved by Decree 439/2023, of December 18, to which positions from the 2024 and 2025 offers are accumulated, approved by Decree 207/2024, of December 16, and Decree 188/2025, of December 15, respectively.

Positions announced

The selection process offers a total of 65 positions, distributed between the general shift and the disability shift:

• 58 positions for the general shift (TG).
• 7 positions for the disability shift (TD).

By public employment offers, the accumulated breakdown is as follows:

• OEP 2023: 14 TG and 2 TD.
• OEP 2024: 27 TG and 3 TD.
• OEP 2025: 17 TG and 2 TD.

Publication and consultation of the list

The provisional list, indicating the application number, surnames and names, anonymized national identity document, and the status of admitted or excluded, is published along with the resolution on the website of the General Directorate of the Civil Service. The data can be consulted through the link enabled on the Canarian Administration portal, in compliance with the Resolution of March 21, 2024 (BOC no. 68, of 4.5.2024).

Inclusion in the list of admitted persons does not imply recognition that the general requirements of section 7 of the general bases, approved by Order of the Ministry of Presidency, Public Administrations, Justice and Security of November 14, 2024 (BOC no. 239, of 11.29.2024), or the specific requirements of section 3 of the call bases, are met. Admission has been limited to verifying the correct completion of the application, the identity of the applicant, and the payment of the fee.

Correction period

Persons listed as excluded will have a period of ten (10) business days, counted from the day following the publication in the Official Gazette of the Canary Islands, to correct the defects that led to their exclusion. Those who appear neither as admitted nor as excluded may submit allegations within the same period.

Corrections and allegations must be submitted exclusively through the specific procedure form, available on the electronic office and General Access Point of the Canarian Administration. If the defect is not corrected within the deadline, the interested party will be considered to have withdrawn and will be definitively excluded. The annex to the resolution includes an Explanatory Table of the Causes for Exclusion, which details reasons such as the lack of accreditation of the degree of disability, the non-matching of the model 700 number, or the lack of proof of payment of fees.

The resolution is signed by the Director General of the Civil Service, Francisco Javier Rodríguez del Castillo, in Santa Cruz de Tenerife, on September 4, 2026.

This publication is key for the officials of the Canarian Administration who aspire to promote to the Administrative Corps, as it establishes the starting point of the selection process and opens the window for corrections for those who have incurred formal defects, prior to the approval of the final list.
