The CEO of INMUVISA, the company that manages urban solid waste in Lebrija, has approved the public employment offer for the street cleaning and USW service, consisting of 13 positions. The resolution is published in the Official Gazette of the Province of Seville number 181, dated Thursday, September 17, 2026, with the official reference BOP-SE-2026-181010. The stated objective is to provide the service with stable human resources and continuously reduce temporary employment.

The offer responds to the proposal that the President of INMUVISA submitted to the Board of Directors meeting on July 31, 2026, which was approved on that same date. The resolution is supported by a justifying report jointly prepared by the Works Council and the company itself, which manages the urban solid waste of the Sevillian municipality.

The text invokes compliance with Article 2 of Law 20/2021, of December 28, on urgent measures for the reduction of temporary employment in the public sector.   • 1st Class Official Driver: 5 positions.
  • Sweeper Machine Driver: 1 position.
  • Laborer: 7 positions.

In total, 13 structural positions that will be incorporated into the staff of the municipal collection and cleaning service.

The objective: less temporary employment

The first of the recitals of the resolution points to the need to provide the USW Service with stable human resources to comply with Law 20/2021, of December 28, and to continuously decrease temporary employment. The second adds that filling these structural positions will improve the efficiency, agility, and quality of the services provided by INMUVISA. The third confirms the existence of adequate and sufficient credit for indefinite hiring.

Publication, call for applications, and appeals

The agreement orders the publication of the public employment offer on the electronic headquarters, on the notice board, and in the Official Gazette of the Province, as well as the call for the selection processes and their resolutions, for general knowledge and the filing of any appeals that interested parties may consider appropriate. Additionally, the resolution will be forwarded to the members of the Works Council.
