León requires 120 rural housing youths to correct their application
Por FactBox Admin

The Provincial Council of León has published a collective requirement obliging 120 applicants for the subsidies intended to finance access to rural housing for young people from León for the 2025 fiscal year to correct the documentation submitted. Those who do not register the correction within ten days will be considered to have withdrawn their application and will lose the aid. The announcement is published in the Official Gazette of the Province of León no. 211, dated November 6, 2026, with the official reference BOP-LE-2026-211003.
The requirement was signed on November 5, 2026, by the delegated deputy for Youth and Sports, Patricia Martínez Caño, exercising the powers conferred by delegation of the Presidency through resolution no. 10.355/2023, of September 13, and is processed under file 1437343K from the Secretariat of the collegiate body for Youth.
The dissemination of the announcement complies with the fifteenth clause of the call and articles 45 and 46 of Law 39/2015, of October 1, on the Common Administrative Procedure of Public Administrations: collective notification is carried out through its publication in the provincial gazette and on the notice board of the Council’s electronic headquarters (https://sede.dipuleon.es/).
One hundred and twenty files divided into three lines
The list attached to the announcement identifies those affected by first and last name, with the ID number partially hidden, and groups them into three lines of the call:
- Line 1: 91 applicants required.
- Line 2: 9 applicants required.
- Line 3: 20 applicants required.
Next to each name is a table of codes indicating exactly which document must be provided or improved. The review was carried out on the documentation submitted with the application, in accordance with the eighth clause of the call.
Which documents each applicant must provide
The table of codes accompanying the lists distinguishes between forms, identifications, and certifications:
- Annexes: A1 (Annex I), A2 (Annex II), A4 (Annex IV), A5 (Annex V, economic report of the justifying account with invoices and bank deposit) and A6 (Annex VI).
- Personal and economic documentation: B1 ID (DNI), B2 collective census certificate, B3 latest income tax return for all members of the family unit —or certificate of assessments or negative certification, with payslips and other income until reaching the minimum of €6,000—, B4 family book, B5 proof of unemployment and B6 disability or dependency certificate.
- Line 1: L1.A.1 title deed or acquisition deed of the dwelling or plot, L1.A.2 mortgage loan deed or bank policy, L1.E.1 contract with the project management, L1.E.2 urban planning license, L1.1 proof of installment transfers, L1.2 invoice from the project management, L1.3 appraisal, L1.4 notary and registry expenses and L1.5 payment of taxes and ICIO (Construction Tax).
- Line 2: L2.R.1 title deed or simple registry note, L2.R.3 license or responsible declaration of work, and invoices and supporting documents L2.1 to L2.5.
- Line 3: L3.Al.1 rental contract, L3.Al.2 proof of monthly payments and L3.Al.3 community fees and IBI (Property Tax).
The table itself warns that the absence of the economic documentation under code B3 will result in the dismissal of the application, as the income level of the family unit cannot be determined.
Ten days and risk of losing the subsidy
The deadline to register the application is ten days starting from the day following the publication of the collective requirement. The consequence of failing to comply is explicit in the announcement: the applicant will be considered to have withdrawn their request, under the terms of article 68.1 of Law 39/2015.
The document adds a circumstance that may expand the required documentation: should it be unfeasible to obtain the necessary authorization to access the Data Intermediation Platform (PID) due to a lack of response from the Ministry of Finance and Public Administrations of Spain, the submission of documents for which the applicant had already authorized access may be required.
To resolve doubts, the Provincial Council has made the Youth Service available at telephone 987 292 100, extensions 1377 and 1381, and via email at formacion.juventud@dipuleon.es.
A decisive procedure for youth in rural areas
The requirement affects over a hundred files that had already requested the aid and whose continuity is now at stake. The warning of withdrawal, combined with the demand to prove income and provide bank vouchers for construction or rent, makes this ten-day period the critical point of the 2025 call: any document not provided renders the subsidy void.
