The Government of La Rioja has approved an additional call for grants endowed with 1,432,000 euros for the hiring of unemployed persons aged 30 or older for works and services of general and social interest. The measure is formalized through Resolution 84/2026, dated October 13, from the Department of Education and Employment, an extract of which is published in the Official Gazette of La Rioja (BOR) no. 199, dated October 15, 2026, with the reference BOR-A-20261015-III–3903. Interested entities have a period of only five business days to submit their application.

Regulatory framework and origin of the call

The call is issued in application of Order EDE/33/2024, dated May 9, which establishes the regulatory bases for the granting of these aids within the scope of the Autonomous Community of La Rioja. The procedure is processed under a competitive bidding regime and is registered in the National Grants Database under number BDNS 934805, where the full text of the call can be consulted.

The associated administrative file is 202610140124978 and the publication carries the section code III.3903. The resolution was signed in Logroño on October 13, 2026, by the Minister of Education and Employment, Alberto Galiana García.

In the same edition of the BOR, a parallel call is published, Resolution 83/2026, dated October 9, endowed with 701,000 euros and intended for unemployed persons under 30 who are beneficiaries of the National Youth Guarantee System, in application of Order EDE/32/2024.
