The Regional Government renews the valuation commission for the transfer of contractual staff

The General Directorate of the Civil Service of the Regional Government of Castilla-La Mancha has modified the composition of the evaluation commission for the permanent transfer competition for the filling of vacant job positions reserved for permanent labor personnel of the regional Administration. The decision was adopted by resolution on August 25, 2026, published in the Official Gazette of Castilla-La Mancha (DOCM) number 167, dated September 1, 2026, with reference 2026/6313.
The measure responds to changes in the composition of the body and is issued in accordance with Article 30 of the VIII Collective Agreement for labor personnel in the service of the Administration of the Regional Government of Castilla-La Mancha. It replaces the previous configuration established by the resolution of March 20, 2026, and directly affects the ongoing position filling processes.
New composition of the commission
The body is composed of titular and substitute members, with representation from the Administration and the trade union centers with representation in the regional labor sphere. The presidency and the secretariat are renewed, as are the memberships.

- Members for the Administration: Yolanda Braojos Collado and Esther Martín Romero
- Members for the trade union centers: Juan Ángel García González (CCOO), César Redondo Romero (CSIF), Alberto Núñez Corrales (FSP-UGT) and Margarita Rodríguez Marín (STAS-CLM)
Substitutes
The commission also has a list of substitutes to ensure the operationality of the body in the event of absences or vacancies.

Guarantees of impartiality
All members of the evaluation commission are subject to the provisions of Articles 23 and 24 of Law 40/2015, of October 1, on the Legal Regime of the Public Sector, regarding abstention and recusal. The resolution was signed in Toledo on August 25, 2026, by the Director General of the Civil Service, José Narváez Vila.
The renewal of the evaluation body is key to the development of the transfer competitions for permanent labor personnel, as the allocation of vacant positions in the regional Administration depends on its actions. With this update, the Regional Government ensures the continuity and impartiality of the ongoing filling processes.
