The Territorial Delegation of Employment, Enterprise and Self-Employment of the Regional Government of Andalusia in Córdoba has ordered the registration and publication in the Official Gazette of the Province of Córdoba of the collective agreement of the company Prezero España SAU with its personnel assigned to the Street Cleaning Service of the Montilla City Council. The agreement, approved by the Negotiating Commission on May 6, 2026, was signed by the territorial delegate Marina Montes Valentín on September 7, 2026, and appears in issue number 179 of the gazette, dated September 16, 2026, with the official reference BOP-A-2026-3084.
The text is processed under Article 90 of the Workers’ Statute and Royal Decree 713/2010, of May 28, on the registration and deposit of collective labor agreements and accords, under file 14/01/0108/2026 and agreement code 14103600012019. The resolution falls within the competencies transferred to the autonomous community regarding labor matters and the organic structure of the Ministry of Employment, Enterprise and Self-Employment.
Scope and validity of the agreement
The agreement applies to all workers assigned to the street cleaning service of the municipality of Montilla who provide services in that locality. It entered into force on the day of its signing, although its economic effects are retroactive to April 1, 2025, and its validity extends until March 31, 2030, with an annual tacit extension if neither party terminates it with at least two months’ notice.
The agreed conditions form an organic and indivisible whole, with clauses for the absorption and compensation of previous improvements. Furthermore, a Joint Commission is created, composed 50% of social representatives and 50% of company representatives, responsible for the monitoring, interpretation, and mediation of collective conflicts that may arise in the application of the text.
Remuneration and working conditions
The attached salary table, valid for the period 04/2025-03/2030, sets the annual remuneration by professional category:
- Supervisor: €28,000.00 per year.
- Street Cleaning Driver: €18,500.04 per year.
- Street Cleaning Laborer: €17,250.00 per year.
The seniority supplement is accrued at a rate of €27.82/month per three-year period, with a cap of seven periods, and is not absorbable by the salary table. Night hours (between 21:00 and 6:00) are remunerated with a 25% increase over the base salary, and workers who habitually use the blower receive a bonus of €30 gross per month. No worker may earn below the current national minimum wage.
Regarding working hours, all employees enjoy 30 calendar days of vacation per year, with the summer period from June 1 to September 30. Four days for personal matters are recognized (five starting in 2027), 16 days of leave for marriage or registered domestic partnership, and a bonus of €25 gross for each special holiday worked (New Year’s Day, Maundy Thursday and Good Friday), in addition to 2.5 days of compensatory rest for each holiday.
Equality and Subrogation
The agreement incorporates provisions on equal opportunities between women and men, referring to the Equality Plan of Prezero España SA, and expressly applies the measures for equality and non-discrimination of LGBTI people provided for in Law 4/2023 and Royal Decree 1026/2024. Regarding contracting, the subrogation of personnel is regulated in the event of a change in the entity providing the service, under the terms of the general agreement for the public sanitation and street cleaning sector.
Publication in the official bulletin grants the agreement full regulatory efficacy and the status of a negotiated norm, such that its conditions are directly applicable to the staff of the street cleaning service of Montilla. With retroactive effect from April 2025, the agreement regularizes the remuneration and labor conditions of the municipal contractor’s workers, further guaranteeing the continuity of their rights in the event of potential changes in the contractor during its validity until 2030.
