The Board appoints a social integration technician to the EOE of Álora

The General Directorate of Human Resources and Public Service of the Regional Government of Andalusia has agreed to the hiring of a social integration technician as permanent contractual staff, assigning her a provisional destination at the EOE Álora (Málaga), under the Territorial Delegation of the Ministry of Education in Málaga. The decision is detailed in the Resolution of August 12, 2026, published in the Official Gazette of the Regional Government of Andalusia (BOJA) number 163, dated August 24, 2026, on page 11208.

The measure is adopted in accordance with the twenty-eighth additional provision of Law 5/2023, of June 7, on the Public Service of Andalusia, and according to the provisions of the eleventh base of the Resolution of February 20, 2025 (BOJA no. 38, of February 25). The filling of the position responds to the agreement of the Selection Commission for the professional category “Technical Personnel in Social Integration,” dated June 23, 2026, for the provision of additional positions.

The Awardee

The resolution formalizes the hiring of Ms. María Belén Delgado Gómez, holder of DNI no. *3173, as permanent contractual staff in the professional category “Technical Personnel in Social Integration.” She is assigned the job position with code 20814910 “Social Integration Technical Personnel-Zone,” at the EOE Álora (Málaga).

Deadlines and Contract Conditions

The applicant must appear before the corresponding Provincial General Secretariat to formalize the permanent employment contract within a period of ten business days, counting from the day following the publication of the resolution in the BOJA. The effects of the contract shall begin on the day following the end of said period.

• Failure to appear within the deadline without justified cause shall imply the withdrawal from the formalization of the contract.
• The contract will include a one-month probationary period, pursuant to Article 19 of the VI Collective Agreement for Contractual Staff of the Administration of the Regional Government of Andalusia.
• The probationary period is waived if the person has already performed the same functions within the scope of the agreement for an equivalent period.

Regulatory Framework and Appeals

This action is supported by Article 122 of Law 5/2023, Article 115 of Decree 51/2025, of February 24, and Article 8.2, letter k), of Decree 203/2026, of July 30, which establishes the organic structure of the Ministry of Artificial Intelligence, Digital Development, and Public Administration. The managing center attached to the position will promote the registry entries before the General Personnel Registry through the SIRhUS application.

An appeal against this resolution may be filed before the Social Section of the corresponding Court of First Instance, in accordance with Law 36/2011, of October 10, regulating social jurisdiction, within a period of two months from its publication. The resolution was signed in Seville on August 12, 2026, by the Director General, Antonio Parralo Vegazo.

The formalization of this position reinforces educational care for students with support needs in the Álora region, by stably consolidating a key technical figure within the educational guidance teams of the province of Málaga.
