The Ministry of the Presidency, Health and Emergencies of the Regional Government of Andalusia has published this Friday, 14 August 2026, in issue number 157 of the Official Gazette of the Regional Government of Andalusia (BOJA), the correction of errors of the Order of 13 May 2026, which amends the regulatory bases for subsidies under competitive bidding procedures intended for consumer and user organisations. The correction, included on page 11063 under text no. 11063, within section 1. General provisions, renumbers one of the sections of the assessment criteria originally published last May.
The order subject to correction was published in BOJA no. 95, of 20 May 2026, and in turn amends the Order of 6 April 2021, which approved the regulatory bases for the granting of subsidies, under competitive bidding procedures, to Associations, Organisations and Federations of Associations and Organisations of consumers and users. The aid framework pursues four main objectives: consumer education, the promotion of responsible and sustainable consumption, the maintenance of consumer advice and information offices, and the promotion of associations in the Autonomous Community of Andalusia.
A numbering error in the assessment criteria
Having noted the error in the publication of the order, the Ministry has proceeded to correct it in the same official journal. The correction is limited to point 7 of section Three of the single Article, located on page 6538/12 of the May edition, and affects basis 12.a), relating to the assessment criteria in descending order of importance and their weighting.
Where it read: «12.a) Assessment criteria in descending order of importance, and their weighting. Indicators for assessing the programme of activities (up to 80 points)», it should read: «12.a).1. Assessment criteria in descending order of importance, and their weighting. 1. Indicators for assessing the programme of activities (up to 80 points)».
With this clarification, the indicators for assessing the programme of activities are formally integrated as subsection 1 of section 12.a), with a weighting of up to 80 points within the scale, as established in the corrected wording of the basis.
Who is affected by the correction
The correction is of particular interest to third-sector organisations that intend to take part in upcoming calls, since the assessment criteria constitute the core of the selection procedure. The aid is allocated to four lines of action:
- Training programs in consumer affairs
- Actions to promote responsible and sustainable consumption
- Operation of consumer care and information offices
- Promotion of associations in the Autonomous Community of Andalusia
Impact for applicant entities
The publication of the correction provides legal certainty to the interested associations, which must from now on follow the corrected version of the criteria when preparing their applications, since the numbering is integrated into the text of the order published in May. For entities operating with limited resources, having rules without ambiguities in the assessment scale is a prerequisite for competing on equal terms for public funding of their programs and consumer service offices.
