The head of the general directorate competent in rural development is responsible for the resolution, with a maximum period of 3 months from the end of the application period; if no notification is received after this time, applications are considered rejected by administrative silence. Beneficiaries must maintain the activity and requirements for at least 6 months from the submission of the application and keep the supporting documentation for 4 years. The resolution is signed by Lourdes M. Pérez Berna, Director General of Water and Rural Development.

The call is aimed at female farmers, livestock breeders, and aquaculturists in small municipalities, where generational renewal and population retention are the main challenges. With a maximum of 20,000 euros per project and a total credit of 200,000 euros, the granting margin will depend on the number of applications that exceed the 10-point threshold, as the distribution will be made in descending order of score until the available credit is exhausted.
