Por FactBox Admin

La Diputación publica las subvenciones definitivas a entidades sin ánimo de lucro

The Provincial Council of Granada has published the final proposed resolution for the 2026 grant call for non-profit entities, including the distribution of amounts among beneficiaries and alternates, as well as the list of rejected applications. The announcement appears in the Official Gazette of the Province of Granada number 189, dated September 30, 2026, with the reference BOP-GRA-2026-189006, and is signed by the Director General of Social Welfare, Ismael Gámez Cruz. Interested entities have ten business days to accept the grant or reformulate their project.

The file, processed by the Social Welfare and Family Area under number 2026/PES_01/001079 (registration 2026050452), closes a procedure that began on June 30, 2026, when the BOP published the requests for correction and provisional rejections. On August 5, the provisional proposal was published with the scores for each project, and a ten-day period for appeals was opened; once these were resolved, the Technical Commission met on September 28, 2026, and drew up a report-minute with the final scores and the financial allocation for each project.

The proposal is based on the General Grants Law 38/2003, of November 17 (articles 24.4, 24.5, 26, and 27) and article 61 of Royal Decree 887/2006, of July 21. The text warns that neither the provisional nor the final proposal creates any right in favor of the beneficiary until the granting resolution is notified. In addition to the BOP, it is published on the Electronic Notice Board (Gtablón) of the Council and on the call’s website, www.dipgra.es.

Four lines and 35 resolved appeals

The 30-page annex organizes the aid into four lines—Social Welfare, Equality, Youth, and Sports—with sub-lines A to E depending on the type of entity and project. The Technical Commission has resolved 35 appeals:

  • Social Welfare: 13 appeals, with five partially upheld and eight rejected.
  • Equality: seven appeals, one upheld and six rejected.
  • Youth: none.
  • Sports: 15 appeals, one upheld, nine partially upheld, and five rejected.

Among the favorable resolutions are the Granada Association of Spondylitis and Chronic Pain (AGRADE), the Association of Muscular Dystrophy Patients of Granada (ASEMGRA), and the La Pirámide Association, all partially upheld, as well as the Dalhena Association in the Equality line and the EFAS Federation of Andalusia Penibética in Sports.

Beneficiaries, alternates, and rejected applications

The list includes entities from across the province, with amounts ranging from 275 euros to 16,200 euros. Some examples:

  • Granada Multiple Sclerosis Association (Armilla): 5,950.00 euros.
  • Association of Fathers and Mothers of Oncology Children of Granada: 6,300.00 euros.
  • Mirame Association: 6,300.00 euros.
  • ALCER Granada Association: 6,181.45 euros.
  • Association for Vocational Training and Social Integration of the Person (Cijuela): 14,400.00 euros.
  • A.G.E.YR. Granada Association of Emigrants and Returnees: 16,200.00 euros.
  • Association of Deaf People of Granada and Province: 12,000.00 euros.
  • Calor y Café Foundation: 10,800.00 euros.
  • Granada Acoge Association: 15,300.00 euros.

The substitutes are also detailed, ordered by score, such as the Amaranta FSA Foundation (substitute 1), the José Guardia Needs Without Borders Association (substitute 9), or the Association of Relatives of Alzheimer’s Patients AFAVIDA (substitute 14). Rejections are justified with a code from A to J: project unrelated to the purpose of the line, application to more than one line, submission after the deadline, failure to comply with requirements, or insufficient score, among other causes.

Ten business days to accept or reformulate

The deadline is ten business days starting from the day following the publication in the BOP. Beneficiary and substitute entities may accept the grant or submit reformulations when the amount granted is lower than the amount requested, provided they respect the object, conditions, and purpose of the aid, in accordance with Article 27 of the General Grants Law.

The proposal is the preliminary step before the Governing Board’s agreement to grant the subsidies and affects associations, sports clubs, parent-teacher associations (AMPAs), and foundations throughout the province of Granada, from the capital to municipalities such as Albolote, Baza, Guadix, Motril, Loja, or Huéscar. For the requesting entities, the calendar is now decisive: those who do not accept or reformulate within the deadline may be excluded from the final distribution.
