Por FactBox Admin

The Community of Madrid has annulled the registration of the travel agency Bajocero Expediciones, S. L. in the Registry of Tourism Companies and declares the impossibility of the company carrying out its activity. The decision was adopted by a resolution dated September 4, 2026, by the Director General of Tourism and Hospitality, Laura Martínez Cerro, and was published in the Official Gazette of the Community of Madrid number 240, dated October 8, 2026, page 215 (official reference BOCM-20261008-49).
The resolution is issued for reasons of public interest, regarding both commercial traffic and the defense of consumers and users, and is made public in compliance with the provisions of article 45.1 of Law 39/2015, of October 1, on the Common Administrative Procedure of Public Administrations. The announcement is included in section I of the gazette, within the announcements of the Ministry of Culture, Tourism and Sport, and bears the file number 03/15.794/26.
What the registration annulment implies
The annulment in the Registry of Tourism Companies means that the company no longer appears as an authorized holder for the exercise of travel agency activities in the Community of Madrid. The resolution expressly declares the impossibility of exercising that activity, which affects the company’s ability to continue marketing tourism services.
The agreement is published specifically to provide coverage for consumers who have contracted services with the agency, as the official dissemination of the cessation allows those affected to know the company’s situation and take the corresponding actions.
Data of the affected holder
The resolution identifies the company with the following data:
- Name: Bajocero Expediciones, S. L.
- NIF (Tax ID): B-87705604
- Address: Corazón de María Street, 80, 9.º B, Madrid
- Regional registration number: CICMA 4616
- File: 03/15.794/26
The text was signed in Madrid on September 4, 2026, by the Director General of Tourism and Hospitality, Laura Martínez Cerro, the competent body in the matter within the Ministry of Culture, Tourism and Sport.
A recurring administrative practice
The annulment of Bajocero Expediciones is not an isolated case. In the preceding months, the Directorate General of Tourism and Hospitality has published resolutions of the same type against other companies:
- Khalifaservice, S. L., by resolution of August 10, 2026 (CICMA 4559).
- Cuerda Viva, S. L. U., by resolution of August 12, 2026 (CICMA 4657).
- Furtado Gestiones y Servicios, S. L., by resolution of September 7, 2026 (CICMA 4664).
- Haerenga Exclusive Experiences, S. L. and Rig Travel, by resolution of September 10, 2026 (CICMA 4476 and 4716).
Added to these are other resolutions regarding the cessation of travel agency activity, such as those referring to Rusticae Viajes, S. L. (September 4, 2026), Alvarezway (September 3, 2026), and Experiencias de Lao a Lao, S. L. (July 1, 2026).
Why it matters to travelers
The publication of these resolutions in the Official Gazette of the Community of Madrid is the means by which consumers can verify if the agency with which they have contracted a trip remains authorized to operate. For anyone with reservations, pending payments, or services contracted with Bajocero Expediciones, S. L., the registry cancellation is the official notice that the company can no longer carry out travel agency activities in the region.
