La Carlota initially approves its ordinance on coexistence in public spaces.

The Plenary of the La Carlota City Council initially approved, in an ordinary session held on 27 July 2026, the Ordinance regulating Citizen Coexistence in public spaces of the municipality. The announcement of the agreement, signed by the mayor-president, Antonio Granados Miranda, is published in Official Bulletin of the Province of Córdoba number 155, of 12 August 2026, page 12234, with reference BOP-A-2026-2725. The regulation remains on public display for thirty business days so that interested parties may submit objections and claims.

The procedure complies with article 49 b) of Law 7/1985, of 2 April, regulating the Bases of Local Government, which requires the file to be submitted to public information before the final approval of any local ordinance. The new regulation, of general application throughout the municipal area, will establish the rules of coexistence and use of public spaces, and will therefore directly affect all residents of the Cordovan town.

The agreement was adopted, among other matters, at the ordinary plenary session of 27 July 2026, and the announcement incorporates the secure verification code 57C0 4A51 E593 8273 4B85, with which the authenticity of the text can be verified. The notice appears in the Local Administration section of the provincial bulletin.

Thirty days of public display

The file will be available for inspection in the Secretariat of the La Carlota City Council for a period of thirty business days, counted from the day following the publication of this announcement in the Official Bulletin of the Province of Córdoba, that is, from 13 August 2026. Within that period, interested parties may examine it and submit the objections and claims they deem appropriate, in accordance with the provisions of article 49 b) of Law 7/1985.

Channels for consulting the file

The plenary agreement is available to interested persons through two channels:

• The Secretariat of the La Carlota City Council, where the file remains available for inspection.
• The municipal transparency portal, at transparencia.lacarlota.es.

In addition, the full text of the agreement may be verified with the secure verification code 57C0 4A51 E593 8273 4B85 on the electronic office of the City Council (lacarlota.es). The announcement published in the bulletin incorporates its own verification code, FBBD 646B C671 579F 3C46, with an electronic signature dated 12 August 2026.

Towards final approval

Should no claims be made during the period of public display, the provisional approval will be raised to final approval without further procedure, in accordance with article 49 c) of Law 7/1985, of 2 April. The announcement was signed by the mayor, Antonio Granados Miranda, in La Carlota on 30 July 2026, with an electronic signature.

The citizen coexistence ordinance will regulate the daily life of La Carlota residents in public spaces, from parks and squares to the streets of the urban center. The allegations period therefore constitutes the last opportunity for citizens to influence the content of the rule before it finally comes into force.
