L'Anoia calls for 10,000 euros in social rent grants for 2026

The Anoia County Council has opened the call for grants for the promotion of rental and affordable housing management for 2026, with a maximum amount of 10,000 euros. The measure is aimed at owners and tenants who have used the Social Rental Bank service of the Anoia Local Housing Office, managed by the county body itself. The summary is published in the Official Gazette of the Province of Barcelona on October 14, 2026, with the official reference CVE 202610151597 and identification number 934203 in the National Grants Database (BDNS).

Requirements for beneficiaries

The individualized grant may be requested by the owner or tenant who has used the rental service of a property captured by the Bank and who meets the following conditions:

• To have made a owned property available to the Bank service, or to have rented a property captured by the service, with the contract in force totally or partially within the current year.
• To have carried out improvement or conditioning works on the housing at their own expense, whether as an owner or as a tenant, provided they are not covered by the multi-risk insurance with policy number 95689206, contracted by the Housing Agency of Catalonia with the insurance entity Caser Seguros.

Furthermore, to obtain the status of subsidized party, compliance with the requirements established in article 13.2 of Law 38/2003 must be accredited.

Purpose and financial allocation

The purpose of the call is the granting of individual grants for the improvement of the habitability conditions of the homes included in the Social Rental Bank of the Anoia Local Housing Office, with the aim of guaranteeing the fair rent of the Bank.

The call is endowed with a maximum amount of 10,000.00 euros, charged to the budget application 50/480.00.09/150 for the 2026 financial year.

Deadline and regulatory bases

The ordinary period for submitting applications opens the day after the publication of the call in the BOPB and closes on November 13, 2026, both days inclusive.

The applicable regulatory bases are those established by the resolution published in the BOPB on August 3, 2021, with registration number 202110101728.

The opening of this aid line provides financial coverage for improvement works undertaken by owners and tenants to maintain social housing pool dwellings in habitable conditions. This is a mechanism that seeks to sustain the supply of affordable rental housing in the region and prevent the loss of dwellings already captured by the service.
