Alt Camp changes municipal waste collection to indirect management

The Plenary of the Alt Camp County Council, in the ordinary session of September 30, 2026, has definitively approved the justifying report of the study commission for the county’s waste collection service regarding the change in the service management method and its annexes. As a result of the agreement, the Alt Camp county public municipal waste collection service will move from direct management to indirect management. The approval is published in the Official Gazette of the Province of Tarragona on October 13, 2026, with the reference CVE 2026-09430 on page 1-1.

The file bears the number 8100170005-2026-0000008 and the subject “Definitive approval of the file for the modification of the management method of the municipal waste collection service.” The announcement publicizes the agreement for the purposes of Article 160 of Decree 179/1995, of June 13, which approves the Regulation of works, activities, and services of local entities.
