The agreement, signed between the business representation of KSB and the legal representation of the workers, regulates the labor conditions of the staff at the Villalonquéjar industrial estate for two years, from January 1, 2026, to December 31, 2027, with tacit extension if a new pact is not reached. The registration is processed in accordance with article 90.2 and 3 of Royal Legislative Decree 2/2015 (Workers’ Statute) and Royal Decree 713/2010 on the registration and deposit of agreements.

Working Day and Shifts

The working day is set at eight hours per day with a maximum annual total of 1,704 effective hours. The main working day is from 7:00 to 15:00, and rotating shifts are provided for in the machining workshop:

  • Morning shift, from 6:00 to 14:00.
  • Afternoon shift, from 14:00 to 22:00.
  • Night shift, from 22:00 to 6:00, from which permanent workers hired before 1998 are excluded.
  • Weekend and holiday shifts, from 6:00 to 18:00, with voluntary or newly hired personnel.

Salaries and Review

For 2026, the salary tables are increased by 3.1% over those of 2025, and for 2027 by 3.25% over those of 2026. The review clause establishes that if the accumulated CPI for 2026 and 2027 exceeds 7%, 80% of the excess will be paid in a single payment, conditional on the 2027 ROS equaling or exceeding the annual budget.

  • Three extraordinary payments (April 15, July 15, and December 15).
  • Safety, attendance, and punctuality bonus of 20 euros per month.
  • Quarterly bonuses of 30 euros for service rate, 5S application, and profit.
  • Seniority supplement per four-year period of 4% of the base salary.

Scope and Guarantees

The agreement applies to the center at calle Escudo, s/n, in the Villalonquéjar industrial estate, and excludes management and responsibility positions (factory management, production, quality, purchasing-logistics, maintenance, or HR, among others). It also includes a joint parity commission for the interpretation of the text, annual medical check-ups, collective life and accident insurance, and equalization of rights for domestic partners regarding leave.

The publication provides legal certainty to one of the province’s main industries, transparently establishing the conditions for working hours, shifts, and remuneration for its workforce for the next two fiscal years, with a review mechanism that protects purchasing power against inflation.
