Huesca calls for the head of admissions for the Holy Grail EAP

The Huesca Sector Management has announced a provision procedure, via the free appointment system, to fill the vacant position of Head of the Admission Group for primary care in the Santo Grial Primary Care Team, within the Huesca Sector. The call is published in the Official Gazette of Aragon number 171, dated September 3, 2026, through the Resolution of August 17, 2026, signed by the sector manager, Carmen Tosat Mancho.

The process is handled under Chapter III of Title III of Decree 37/2011, of March 8, of the Government of Aragon, regarding the selection of statutory personnel and the provision of positions in the centers of the Aragonese Health Service, in exercise of the competence attributed in its article 71.1. The position is organically and functionally assigned to the Huesca Primary Care Directorate.

Position Characteristics

The announced leadership position has a destination supplement level of 19 and a morning and/or afternoon schedule, according to the organization established by the competent directorate. The tenure is temporary and will be subject to periodic evaluation, without exclusive dedication being mandatory.

Key functions include the organization of the Admission Service, the management of assigned personnel, the control of absences and substitutions, collaboration in the EAP management contract and in corporate computer applications, as well as the management of the documentary circuits for clinical records and user complaints.

Requirements and Applications

Permanent statutory personnel, career civil servants, or permanent contractual staff serving within the Aragonese Health Service in any of the Management and Services categories classified in subgroups C1 and C2 may participate, provided they meet the general requirements of article 30.5 of Law 55/2003, of the Framework Statute for statutory personnel. Temporary personnel who meet these requirements and serve in primary care in the Huesca Sector may also apply, although the proposal may only fall to temporary personnel when the absence of a suitable permanent applicant is justified.

• Application deadline: 15 business days from the day following the publication in the BOA.
• Applications: addressed to the Huesca Sector Management, according to the model in Annex I.
• Submission: at the Registry Units of the Government of Aragon or through the means specified in article 16.4 of Law 39/2015.
• Documentation: proof of requirements and academic, professional, and training curriculum.

Selection and Resolution

The process will be evaluated by a Selection Committee, whose composition will be published on the Notice Board of the Huesca Sector, in the Administration building of the “San Jorge” University Hospital, once the application period has ended. The committee will verify the requirements, may conduct personal interviews, and will submit the proposal for the most suitable person to the Management.

The Management must issue a resolution within a maximum period of six months from the publication, and may declare the position vacant if no suitable candidates apply. An administrative appeal may be filed against the resolution before the Management Directorate of the Aragonese Health Service within one month.
