Hacienda Foral auctions a rural estate and a foreclosed house in Lazagurría

The Hacienda Foral de Navarra (Navarre Regional Treasury) is auctioning two seized properties in Lazagurría: a rustic irrigated plot of one robada in size and an undivided half of a house with a stable and barn on San Isidro Labrador Street, number 14. The sale was agreed upon on July 2, 2026, by the director of the Collection Service of the Hacienda Foral in an administrative enforcement proceeding, and is published in the Official Gazette of Navarra number 218, corresponding to Friday, October 30, 2026, with auction reference number 03322. Bids are to be submitted electronically via the Auction Portal of the State Official Gazette Agency.

The announcement is issued in compliance with Article 135 of the Collection Regulations of the Chartered Community of Navarra (Foral Decree 177/2001, of July 2) and the disposal agreement, and is disseminated simultaneously in the Official State Gazette and the regional gazette itself. It is signed in Pamplona, on October 22, 2026, by the head of the Executive Collection Section, Sonia Ruiz Millán, a department that interested parties may contact via telephone 848-428693 and email recaudacion.ejecutiva@navarra.es.

An irrigated plot and half a house in the urban center

The assets are offered in two separate lots, with their full registry and cadastral data in the announcement:

• Lot one: registry property number 909 of Lazagurría, volume 2374, book 11, folio 70, 1st entry, unique registry code 31008001901470. It is a rustic, irrigated plot in the area of El Vivero, with 8 areas and 98 centiares (one robada), plot 30 of polygon 5. It borders to the north with Jesús Mayayo, to the south with the Barón de Molinet, to the east with Ángela Díaz de Cerio, and to the west with José Díaz de Cerio. In the cadastre, it appears as polygon 1, plot 389, sub-plot A, area El Regadío, with 866.92 square meters of irrigated farmland; cadastral reference 310000000001246887FA.
• Lot two: undivided half of registry property number 1,462, volume 3261, book 15, folio 58, 1st entry, unique registry code 31008001485239. It is urban: a house with its stable and barn on San Isidro Labrador Street, number 14, polygon 1, plot 156, on a plot of 35 square meters. It borders at the front with the street itself, to the right upon entering with the street, to the left with Belena, and at the back with Alejandro Sainz. Cadastrally, it corresponds to polygon 1, plot 156, sub-area 1, urban units 1 and 2, of 70 and 35 square meters (dwelling and attic), on the ground floor and first floor; cadastral reference 310000000001553145GE.

No current certificate of occupancy

The announcement warns that, according to the data contained in the administrative file, there is no record that the dwelling in lot two has a valid certificate of occupancy, a point that should be verified before bidding. The essential data of the auction and the asset can be consulted at the electronic address of the Auction Portal identified with the reference SUB-RC-2026-3100200103322.

Twenty calendar days of bidding and suspension for payment

Electronic bids may be placed from the opening of the auction and for twenty calendar days on the Auction Portal. Furthermore, the auction will be suspended at any time prior to the issuance of the certification of the award act of the assets or, where applicable, the granting of the public deed of sale, provided that the payment of the debt, late interest, and procedural costs is properly justified. In all matters not provided for in the announcement, the legal and regulatory provisions governing the act shall apply.

The news directly affects a small municipality in the surroundings of Estella, where the sale of an irrigated plot and a partial dwelling in the old town alters the local land market and opens the door to external investors. For the debtor, the notice is also a last opportunity: paying before the award stops the alienation and avoids the loss of assets.
