Hacienda convoca subasta pública de tres inmuebles del Estado en Badajoz

The Special Delegation of Economy and Finance of Badajoz, under the Ministry of Finance, has called for a public ascending auction for the disposal of three real estate assets owned by the General State Administration in the province of Badajoz. The call for bids opens an opportunity for purchase at a reduced price for investors and residents of Magacela, Villagonzalo, and Campillo de Llerena, small municipalities where unused state heritage can be reintroduced to the market. Since these are successive auctions with decreasing rates, the interest of local buyers and real estate operators is concentrated on the fourth call, which has the lowest prices, although the award requires the provision of a guarantee and proof of solvency before the Delegation.
