The Labor Inspectorate of Gipuzkoa has announced the start of a sanctioning procedure

The Labor Inspectorate of Gipuzkoa has announced via edict the initiation of a sanctioning procedure for social security violations and the liquidation proposal for Social Security contributions. The notification was made through the announcement of August 31, 2026, and was published in the Boletín Oficial del País Vasco (BOPV) in the issue dated September 11, 2026, with official reference 2026/3869.
The announcement was signed by Orreaga Zorrilla Berasategui, Head of the Labor Inspectorate of Gipuzkoa, and has been published in accordance with Article 44 of Law 39/2015, as it was not possible to notify the interested party personally. The deadline for this is 20 calendar days, starting from the day the announcement is published in the Boletín Oficial del Estado (BOE).
The notification will take effect from the day following its publication in the BOE, as established by the regulations of the common administrative procedure.
