Euro Pool System Spain agrees on its third collective agreement with a 3.2% increase

Euro Pool System España pacta su tercer convenio con subida del 3,2%

The Official State Gazette publishes in issue number 224, dated September 10, 2026, the III Collective Agreement of the company Euro Pool System España, SLU, registered and published by the General Directorate of Labor via resolution dated August 31, 2026. The agreement, signed with the UGT and CCOO unions, regulates the labor relations of the workforce dedicated to the logistics of reusable packaging and enters into force with effect from January 1, 2026.

The agreement (agreement code no. 90104132012022) was signed on June 8, 2026, and was rectified by minutes dated July 30, 2026, in accordance with Article 90 of the Workers’ Statute and Royal Decree 713/2010, of May 28, on the registration and deposit of collective agreements. Its scope of application is national and covers all employees of the company, regardless of their contracting modality.

Economic conditions

For the 2026 financial year, a salary table is established that applies an increase of 3.2% over the 2025 tables, effective from January 1. Increases for 2027 and subsequent years will be agreed upon by the negotiating commission during the first quarter of each year.

  • Night shift bonus of €2.00/hour for 2026 and 2027, and €2.5/hour for 2028 and 2029.
  • Mileage compensation of €0.32/kilometer.
  • Group insurance with coverage of €30,000 for death or disability due to accident.
  • Temporary disability supplement up to 100% of the fixed remuneration for occupational accidents and for the first sick leave due to common illness of the year.

Working hours and reconciliation

The maximum ordinary working day is progressively reduced: 1,768 hours in 2026, 1,760 in 2027, and 1,752 from 2028 onwards. 22 days of paid vacation per year are guaranteed.

  • Quality rest weekends: 4 in 2026 and 8 from 2027.
  • Paid leave of 15 days for marriage, 5 for accident or serious illness of relatives, and up to 4 days for inability to access the workplace.
  • Advances of up to 100% of accrued earnings, paid within a maximum period of 3 business days.

Equality, diversity and digital rights

The text incorporates a broad commitment to equality and non-discrimination, with special attention to the LGBTI collective, and develops a prevention protocol for workplace, sexual, and gender-based harassment.

  • Objective and neutral criteria in selection, classification, and professional promotion.
  • Right to digital disconnection and regulation of remote work.
  • Joint commission based in Alicante (Avenida Elche, 183) and an Inter-center Committee of up to 13 members.

The agreement reinforces the protection of a strategic workforce within the reusable packaging logistics chain, combining salary improvements, a reduction in working hours, and progress in work-life balance and equality. Its publication in the BOE grants regulatory effectiveness to the agreement and guarantees its application to all the company’s workplaces in Spain.
