Electra Conilense applies a 2.9% salary increase effective from 2025

The company Electra Conilense, S.L. (formerly Romero Abreu Hnos., S.L.) will apply a salary increase of 2.9% to its entire workforce, effective from January 1, 2025, to December 31, 2025. The Territorial Delegation of Employment, Enterprise and Self-Employment of Cádiz has ordered the registration and publication of the agreement in the Official Gazette of the Province of Cádiz number 200, dated October 16, 2026, with reference No. 332.110.

The text of the agreement on the company’s collective bargaining agreement was signed by the representatives of the company and the workers and submitted electronically to the Registry of Collective Labor Agreements and Accords on September 21, 2026. The resolution, signed by the territorial delegate Daniel Sánchez Román on September 24, 2026, orders the registration in the corresponding registry and publication in the provincial gazette, and is notified to the negotiating commission. The case file is 11/01/0201/2026 and the assigned code is 11001472011987.

The salary table, category by category

The agreement establishes the amounts in effect between January 1 and December 31, 2025:

• Technical staff: qualified technician, 2,062.50 euros per month; installation technician, 1,944.73 euros per month.
• Administrative staff: administrative manager, 2,208.75 euros; 1st class administrative officer, 1,737.74 euros; 2nd class administrative officer, 1,579.86 euros; administrative assistant, 1,284.38 euros.
• Commercial staff: commercial section head, 1,737.74 euros; traveling salesman/commercial representative, 1,579.86 euros; commercial assistant, 1,284.38 euros.
• Operating staff (daily remuneration): foreman, 61.41 euros; assistant foreman, 59.51 euros; first-class worker, 51.95 euros; second-class worker, 50.43 euros; third-class worker, 48.99 euros; specialized laborer, 42.23 euros; ordinary laborer, 35.39 euros.

The following supplements are also maintained:

• Specialty bonus: 210.40 euros per month.
• Productivity bonus: 308.29 euros per month.
• Attendance bonus: 2.50 euros per day worked.
• Permanent service bonus: 315.02 euros per month.

Who signed the agreement

The minutes of the negotiating commission were signed in Conil de la Frontera on May 26, 2026, at 10:00 AM, with the following attendees:

• For the company: Joaquín Romero Mora-Figueroa and Ismael Rosendi Galvin.
• For the workers: Esteban Morillo Rodríguez.

Legal basis of the resolution

The resolution is based on Article 82 et seq. of Royal Legislative Decree 2/2015, of October 23, which approves the consolidated text of the Workers’ Statute Law, and on Royal Decree 713/2010, of May 28, regarding the registration and filing of collective labor agreements. It also invokes Royal Decree 4,043/1982, of December 29, regarding the transfer of State functions and services to the Autonomous Community of Andalusia in labor matters, and Law 9/2007, of October 23, of the Administration of the Junta de Andalucía, together with Presidential Decree 9/2026, of July 9, and Decree 195/2026, of July 30, on the organic structure of the Ministry of Employment, Enterprise, and Self-Employment.

Publication in the official bulletin provides general publicity to the agreed increase and incorporates it into the regional registry of agreements, such that the salary table becomes enforceable and verifiable by the staff and by third parties. For the workers of the electric company Conileña, the agreement consolidates a 2.9% revision applicable to the entire 2025 fiscal year and clears the uncertainty regarding the reference amounts for each professional category.
