The SAS publishes the final lists for the Administrative competition
Por FactBox Admin

The General Directorate of Personnel of the Andalusian Health Service (SAS) has approved the final lists of candidates who have passed the competitive examination for Administrative Staff, through both the open access and internal promotion systems. The resolution is dated October 29, 2026, and is published in the Official Gazette of the Junta de Andalucía (BOJA) no. 213, of November 4, 2026, within section 2.2 of competitive examinations and contests, under text no. 14404 and spanning three pages. The process was convened as part of the Public Employment Offers for the years 2022, 2023, and 2024.
What is being published and who it affects
The resolution closes the evaluation phase of the selection process for the Administrative category of the SAS with the approval of the final lists of those who have passed the competitive examination, both for the open access shift and for internal promotion.
- Category: Administrative Staff of the Andalusian Health Service.
- Access systems: open and internal promotion.
- Reference Public Employment Offers: 2022, 2023, and 2024.
- Resolving body: General Directorate of Personnel of the SAS.
- Publication: BOJA no. 213, of November 4, 2026, text no. 14404.
- Length: three pages, containing the lists of approved personnel.
This is the administrative category with the largest number of staff in the Andalusian public health system, meaning that the number of people affected by this procedure is high within the set of selection processes that the SAS has been resolving in recent weeks.
Regulatory framework and background
The offers that cover this call were approved by Decree 567/2022, of December 27 (BOJA no. 249, of December 30), Decree 287/2023, of December 27 (Extraordinary BOJA no. 27, of December 27), and Decree 274/2024, of December 26 (BOJA no. 252, of December 31), regarding the health centers of the Andalusian Health Service.
The development of the SAS competitive examination processes is governed by the general bases approved by the Resolution of January 22, 2025, of the General Directorate of Personnel (BOJA no. 17, of January 27), which establish the merit scale and the order of precedence applicable in the event of a tie.
Along the same line of public employment, the BOJA of October 1, 2026, published the provisional resolution of the transfer contest for the provision of vacant basic positions for Administrative Staff, processed by the corresponding Evaluation Commission. Both routes—the transfer contest and the competitive examination—are coordinated to organize the filling of positions in this category.
How these resolutions work
The operative scheme of these SAS resolutions—following the model published in BOJA no. 209, of October 28, for another category—includes several sections:
- Approval, upon the proposal of the Qualifying Tribunals, of the definitive lists of those who pass the competitive examination process, ordered by score.
- Detail of the score for each section of the merits scale, the competition phase, the examination phase, and the total score.
- Lists of applicants who have not passed the process, with their scores, and lists of excluded persons, ordered alphabetically and indicating the cause.
- Publication of an annex with the applicable causes for exclusion.
- Display of the lists on the physical or virtual notice boards of the SAS central services and territorial delegations, as well as on the Andalusian Health Service website from the same day of publication in the BOJA.
- Provision for a subsequent resolution with the list of offered positions according to their distribution by destination centers.
Against this type of resolution, which exhausts the administrative route, an optional appeal for reversal may be filed within one month or, directly, a contentious-administrative appeal within two months, counted in both cases from the day following the publication in the BOJA.
Impact for applicants
The publication of the definitive lists is the preliminary step to the choice of destination and the taking of office, and comes after the SAS has been resolving the various processes of the 2022 to 2024 offers in a staggered manner. In the same BOJA no. 213, of November 4, the department led by the General Directorate of Personnel also signed the equivalent resolution for Area Specialist Physician of Digestive System, text no. 14427, which confirms the pace of closure of these procedures.
