The authorization for voluntary leave to provide temporary services in other entities shall require, pursuant to article 25.3.b.6 of the collective agreement, a minimum of one year of uninterrupted seniority as CHGUV personnel.
Against this resolution, which exhausts administrative remedies, interested parties may file a lawsuit within two months before the social court, in accordance with article 69 of Law 36/2011, of October 10, regulating social jurisdiction.
Relevance for healthcare
The consolidation of these three Cardiology positions reinforces the structural staff of the València-Hospital General health department, reducing temporary employment in a critical service for the cardiovascular care of the population. The definitive filling of positions from the 2018-2022 OPE represents a step toward the stabilization of medical staff within the Valencian Health System and the guarantee of continuity of care in the hospital’s Cardiology area.
