The Territorial Labor Office of Soria, under the Regional Government of Castilla y León, has ordered the registration in the Registry of Collective Agreements and Accords and the publication of the collective agreement of Valoriza Servicios Medioambientales, S.A. for the street cleaning, waste collection, and clean point service of Soria. The resolution is dated September 9, 2026, and is published in the Official Gazette of the Province of Soria no. 110, of September 21, 2026, with the official reference BOPSO-110-21092026. The agreement comes into force with effect from January 1, 2026.
The text was signed on July 6, 2026, by the workers’ representation and by the company’s representation, and is approved under article 90, paragraphs 2 and 3, of Royal Legislative Decree 2/2015, which approves the revised text of the Workers’ Statute Law. Its scope of application covers all personnel assigned to the services that the company has contracted with the Soria City Council for street cleaning, waste collection, and clean point.
The duration extends until December 31, 2029, with automatic termination upon its conclusion, although the agreement will remain in full force until the signing of the one that replaces it. A Joint Interpretation Commission is created, consisting of four representatives of the workers and four from the company.

Annual salary increase of 3% and definitive table
Article 24 establishes a salary increase of 3% for each of the years of validity: 2026 over the definitive tables of 2025, and so on until 2029. The review is consolidatable and applies to all remunerative concepts except for the seniority pay.
The definitive salary table for 2026 includes, among other categories:
- Day laborer: 33.16 euros daily base salary and 23,263.35 euros annually.
- Night laborer: 25,149.37 euros annually.
- Day driver: 25,167.90 euros annually; night driver: 27,646.77 euros.

- Overtime: 19.14 euros for day laborers, 20.47 for night laborers, and 23.74 for night drivers.
Supplements include seniority (three bienniums at 5% and subsequent quinquenniums at 7%), night shift differential of 25% of the base salary, toxic, arduous, and dangerous work bonus of 20%, transport, quality, and incentive bonuses, shift-cover bonuses of up to 20 euros per month, and a crane bonus of 3 euros per day. Four extraordinary bonuses are paid: March, summer, Saint Martin de Porres, and Christmas.
Social improvements and staff protection
- Loyalty pay: an annual fund of 40,000 euros distributed in December, increased by 2,000 euros in 2027 and by 2,500 euros in 2028 and 2029; the service manager category is excluded.
- Collective insurance of 60,000 euros for death or absolute permanent disability resulting from a workplace accident or professional illness.
- Loan fund endowed with 12,000 euros, with loans up to 2,000 euros and a maximum amortization period of one year.
- Study aid fund of 2,988.65 euros annually for employees and children.
- Temporary disability at 100% of the monthly accrual from the first day of leave.
- Annual medical check-up and provision of winter and summer work clothing.
The agreement directly affects the staff providing a daily public service in the capital of Soria; therefore, the publication of the final table and the schedule of breaks and vacations conditions the organization of the municipal cleaning and waste collection service for the next four years.
