The City Council publishes the provisional list of the administrative pool.
Por FactBox Admin

The Official Bulletin of the Province of Zamora number 93, of August 12, 2026, publishes the announcement of the Zamora City Council approving the provisional list of admitted and excluded applicants for the creation of the administrative assistant employment pool. The agreement was adopted by means of Mayoral Resolution No. 2026-9288, of August 7, 2026, and orders applicants according to the self-assessed score of each of them. Interested parties have ten days, counted from the day following publication, to correct possible errors.
Process framework
The call is based on the General Bases for the Constitution of Employment Pools of the Zamora City Council, published in the Official Bulletin of the Province of Zamora No. 70, of June 15, 2026, and on the specific bases of the call itself. The post covered by the pool is that of administrative officer of General Administration, group C, subgroup C1, an essential profile for the ordinary functioning of municipal services.
To resolve ties in the self-assessed scores, the resolution applies general base 6.2 and determines that the underrepresented group within the body of administrative officers of General Administration (C1) is the male group. As a complementary criterion, it adopts the letter “B” resulting from the draw for the order of action of applicants in the 2026-2027 period, in accordance with the Resolution of June 29, 2026, of the Secretary of State for Civil Service (BOE of July 3, 2026).
Where to consult the list
The full lists are published in the Notice Board of the electronic headquarters of the City Council and in the Information/Staff Selection Calls/Open Calls section of the municipal website (www.zamora.es). The announcement includes as a single annex the nominal list of excluded persons, with their corresponding ID number and the indication of the reason for exclusion; this list extends over nine pages of the bulletin (pp. 34 to 42), which gives an idea of the magnitude of the process.
Reasons for exclusion
The annex distinguishes five causes of exclusion:
- Not submitting the standardized self-assessment form according to annex II of the specific bases.
- Submitting the application after the deadline.
- Not providing the responsible declaration of meeting the requirements demanded in the call.
- Completing the self-assessment form without conforming to annex I of the specific bases (specific base 3.3).
- Not exceeding the cut-off score of 1.5 points established in specific base four.
To avoid these errors, the City Council has published instructions with guidelines for correctly filling in the self-assessment form, available in the Notice Board of the electronic headquarters and on the municipal website.
Deadline for appeals
Applicants will have a period of ten days to correct any possible errors, counted from the day following the publication of the resolution in the provincial bulletin. Inclusion in the list of admitted applicants shall not in any case imply that the Administration recognizes that the applicant meets the general and specific requirements of the call; their accreditation and verification will take place only in the manner and at the time established in clause 8.1 of the general terms.
The resulting pool will allow the City Council of Zamora to cover, in an agile manner, through calls, the vacancies and substitutions for the administrative post during its term. For applicants, this announcement opens the correction window for the provisional list: once the objections have been resolved, the final list will be approved, which will establish the order of calls for local public employment in the capital of Zamora.
