The Huesca City Council hires six Specialist Operators as permanent staff
Por FactBox Admin

The Huesca City Council has resolved to hire six people as permanent labor staff to fill six vacant Specialist Operator positions within its workforce. This is done through Resolution 6305/2026, dated October 27, 2026, signed by Mayor Lorena Orduna Pons and published in the Official Gazette of the Province of Huesca (BOP) number 208, corresponding to Thursday, October 29, 2026, in the Local Administration section, under announcement number 4803 and official reference BOPH-2026-208009.
The six appointments
The first point of the resolution details the hired individuals, indicating their partially protected National Identity Document:
- Javier Cañas Bernet
- David Elbaile Ruz
- Ramón Alagón Abadía
- Enrique Calvo Cirés
- Fernando Gregorio Carrillo Gracia
- Cristina Rios Bernad
The six contracts are linked to vacant positions in the labor staff of the Huesca City Council and conclude the selection process developed to fill them.
Professional category and classification
The positions are assimilated into the Special Administration Scale, Special Services Subscale, Trades Personnel Class, Operator Category, within the Professional Groupings (AP) Group. The resolution does not detail the specific destination or the functions of each position, which correspond to the specialist operator profile already defined in the call for the selection process.
As an immediate precedent is Resolution 5376/2026, dated September 14, published in BOP number 192 on October 7, 2026, by which the City Council created a job bank for Specialist Operators intended to fill positions temporarily or through interim officials. This job bank was integrated with applicants who passed some of the tests in the process but did not secure a permanent position, ordered by score, and those who achieved at least 30% of the maximum grade in the first theoretical exercise of the opposition phase.
Thirty days to formalize the contract
The second point grants the six selected individuals a period of thirty calendar days, counted from the day following the receipt of the notification, to formalize the labor contract. The signing requires appearance at the Department of People and Organization of the Huesca City Council.
The third point orders the publication of the resolution in three formats: the Official Gazette of the Province of Huesca itself, the Notice Board of the municipal Electronic Office, and the Huesca City Council website. The text appears on page 14 of the gazette and bears the seal CSV: BOPH-2026-208009.
Impact on municipal services
The incorporation of six permanent operators reinforces the skilled trades workforce of the Huesca City Council and closes a call that was closely followed by applicants from the job pool created in September. For those interested who did not secure a position, the pool remains active as a temporary access route, while the six new permanent employees now have one month to complete the formalities and take possession of their posts in the municipal services.
