The selection panel, of the third category, will be chaired by the person designated by the Mayor’s Office and will include career civil servants as members, among them one designated by the Regional Ministry of Public Administrations of the Junta de Comunities of Castilla-La Mancha. Once the process is completed, a job pool will be formed with the applicants who have passed at least one exercise, which may be used to fill vacancies in similar functions.

For the city, the process guarantees the regulated coverage of two key posts in the management of facilities, sports schools and competitions, as well as a job pool that will speed up future replacements.
