Badajoz Provincial Council: provisional list for nine messenger positions

The Provincial Council of Badajoz has made public the provisional list of applicants admitted and excluded from the call to fill nine vacant civil servant positions for CID Maintenance Attendant. The announcement, reference 3701/2026, is published in the Official Gazette of the Province of Badajoz number 183, corresponding to Thursday, September 24, 2026. The resolution opens a correction period of ten business days for those who have been excluded due to defects in their application.

The call was resolved via the open entry system through a competitive examination process, and its rules were published in the Official Gazette of the Province of Badajoz on May 20, 2026, with an extract in the BOE on June 16, 2026. The decree is issued by the Third Vice President and Delegated Deputy of the Area of Public Employees, Safety and Health at Work, by delegation of the President of the corporation, exercising the powers of Article 61, paragraph 12, of Royal Decree 2568/1986, of November 28. Reasons for exclusion

The causes for exclusion are coded with three reasons, which are indicated next to each name on the list:

• (1) Failure to provide employment history.
• (2) Failure to provide proof of fee payment.
• (3) Failure to provide proof of fee bonus/reduction.

Some people accumulate two simultaneous reasons, such as the cases marked as “1 and 3” or “1 and 2”. The announcement reminds that the list contains personal data, complies with current legislation on the matter, and its sole purpose is to publicize this phase of the selection procedure and notify, where applicable, those participating.

Correction period and method

The period is ten business days starting from the day following the publication of the resolution in the Official Gazette of the Province of Badajoz. The correction must be carried out electronically via the corporate electronic office of the Provincial Council of Badajoz (https://sede.dip-badajoz.es/), through the procedure “correction of the application for admission to selective tests,” attaching the appropriate documentation based on the cause of exclusion.

Access will be available during the period on the home page of the electronic office, following the path Citizen and Business Procedures > Procedures by Delegations > Public Employees, Health and Safety at Work. Anyone who does not comply with the request for correction within said period will be considered to have withdrawn their application.

The publication of this provisional list marks the decisive control point for candidates for the nine orderly positions at the Diputación de Badajoz: those listed as excluded have a single window of ten business days to correct their file and remain in the process, while those admitted await the final list and the testing schedule. The announcement also confirms that the call for applications is proceeding according to the bases established in May and June 2026, with no modifications to the number of positions offered.
