Two Government Commissioners appointed to the Port of Brussels

The Government of the Brussels-Capital Region has appointed Florence Debrouwer and Jean-Rodolphe Dussart as Government commissioners to the regional company of the Port of Brussels, effective immediately. An appointment based on the 1992 port ordinance

The decree is issued in application of Article 12 of the ordinance of December 3, 1992, relating to the operation and development of the canal, the port, the outer port, and their dependencies in the Brussels-Capital Region. The text was adopted on the proposal of the minister in charge of the Port of Brussels, following deliberation by the Government.
