Destinos definitivos del concurso de traslados de Cuerpos Generales de la Junta

The Ministry of Finance, Public Administrations and Digital Transformation of the Regional Government of Castilla-La Mancha has definitively awarded the destinations for the permanent transfer competition CPF 3/2026 for General Corps. This is done through the Resolution of 10/14/2026, published in the Official Gazette of Castilla-La Mancha (DOCM) No. 201, of October 20, 2026, with the official reference 2026/7500. The text closes the process opened with the provisional award disseminated on the Employee Portal on September 24, 2026, and specifies the cessations and the taking of office of the civil servants changing positions.

The resolution is issued under Article 16 of Order 100/2023, of May 8 (DOCM No. 93, of May 16, 2023), which regulates the filling of vacant positions reserved for civil servants of the corps and scales of the regional Administration, and the powers delegated by the Resolution of 09/15/2015. The document, consisting of 72 pages (from 36887 to 36958), is organized into two annexes: Annex I lists the positions assigned by ministry and province—Central Services, Albacete, Ciudad Real, Cuenca, Guadalajara, and Toledo—and Annex II lists the excluded persons.

The final scores of the awardees range from 0.000 to 99.000 points, and position codes ending in the letter R identify positions awarded in the residual phase. The resolution is signed by José Narváez Vila, Director General of the Civil Service, by delegation of the regional minister.

Cessation and taking of office: the deadlines set by the resolution

The transfer calendar is linked to the publication of the text in the DOCM:

  • Cessation occurs on the next business day following publication when the awarded position is a vacant post, and on the second business day when it is a position awarded in the residual phase.
  • The taking of office in the new position takes place on the next business day following the cessation.
  • Those re-entering active service have one month from the publication of the resolution.
  • The general secretariat of the ministry or equivalent body may defer the cessation, due to service needs, for a maximum of one month from publication.
  • Effective incorporation is postponed, if applicable, until the end of leaves, vacations, or other circumstances that prevent the effective provision of services.

Failure to take office within the deadline, except in cases of force majeure or other duly justified serious circumstances, results in the forfeiture of rights and, in the case of personnel from the regional Administration corps, being officially declared on voluntary leave for private interest.

Vacant positions and excluded persons

The resolution declares the remaining positions in the annex of definitive destinations as vacant. Additionally, it excludes 29 people from the competition for the following reasons:

  • 20 for failing to provide the certificate of merits and requirements or submitting it after the deadline.
  • 3 for not falling within the scope of application of the competition.
  • 3 due to resignation.
  • 3 for other reasons.

Voluntary transfers, without compensation, and appeal process

The assigned destinations are non-waivable, except in the cases provided for in Article 6 of the call. The transfers derived from this resolution are considered voluntary and, therefore, do not generate a right to the payment of compensation.

Against the resolution, which ends the administrative route, the following may be filed:

  • Appeal for reversal (recurso de reposición) before the head of the Ministry of Finance, Public Administrations and Digital Transformation, within one month from the day following its publication, in accordance with Law 39/2015.
  • Contentious-administrative appeal before the Contentious-Administrative Court of Toledo, within two months, in accordance with Law 29/1998.

The same issue of the DOCM publishes the final assignments of the CPF 3/2026 for the remaining bodies and scales —Environmental Agents, Superior Scale of Lawyers, Superior Scale of Local Health Personnel, Educational Technical Scale, Archives, Libraries and Museums Scales, Computer Science Scales, and Occupational Risk Prevention Scales— all dated October 13, 2026.

The impact is direct for the Junta personnel: the resolution makes the position changes for the General Bodies final and activates a cessation and possession calendar linked to the publication, with a maximum margin of one month to defer departure and with the express warning that failure to take possession implies losing the rights to the obtained destination.
