Coria del Río stabilizes 27 administrative assistants as permanent staff
Por FactBox Admin

The Coria del Río City Council has declared the status of permanent contractual staff for 27 administrative assistants who have passed the selection process of the Exceptional Public Employment Offer for the Stabilization of Temporary Employment. The decision is adopted through Resolution No. 3013/2026, of September 10, 2026, issued by the Municipal Delegation of Human Resources, Internal Regime, and Cleaning, and is published in the Official Gazette of the Province of Seville number 179, of Tuesday, September 15, 2026 (reference BOP-SE-2026-179008).
The announcement is signed by the Mayor-President, Modesto González Márquez, who reports the resolution for the purposes of publicity and the formalization of the corresponding employment contracts.
Regulatory Framework for Stabilization
The measure is framed within Law 20/2021, of December 28, on urgent measures for the reduction of temporality in public employment, which required administrations to call for stabilization processes for their temporarily occupied positions. In this case, the filling of the 27 Administrative Assistant positions was resolved through a competition system, assessing the experience and merits of the applicants.
The resolution declares the status of permanent contractual staff with the professional category of Administrative Assistant in favor of the individuals who passed the process. Among the listed persons is María del Pilar Pereñiguez Rodríguez, with position code RPT 07020705.
Contract Formalization and Deadlines
Interested parties must formalize the contract as permanent contractual staff of the City Council within a maximum period of one month, counting from the day following the publication of the resolution in the BOP of Seville. The period is suspended if the person is in a situation of temporary disability, as they cannot formalize the contract while that situation of force majeure persists, and resumes once medical discharge occurs.
The resolution is also published on the notice board of the City Council’s electronic headquarters (https://sede.coriadelrio.es) and will be forwarded to the administrative units of Human Resources, Intervention, and Treasury.
Appeals Against the Resolution
Against the resolution, which ends the administrative route, an optional appeal for reversal (recurso de reposición) may be filed before the body that issued the act within one month from the publication of the announcement. A contentious-administrative appeal may also be filed directly before the Contentious-Administrative Court or the Contentious-Administrative Chamber of the High Court of Justice of Andalusia based in Seville, within two months from the publication.
The stabilization of these 27 positions consolidates the municipal workforce of Coria del Río and reduces temporary employment in its administrative services, complying with the objectives set by state regulations and reinforcing the job security of the affected workers, who move to permanent positions within the City Council’s structure.
