Social integration technician hired on a permanent contract in Álora

The General Directorate of Human Resources and Public Service of the Ministry of Artificial Intelligence, Digital Development and Public Administration has agreed to the hiring as permanent labor personnel of Ms. Luz González Belvis, who is assigned a provisional destination in the job position code 20814810 “Technical Personnel in Social Integration Zone,” at the E.O.E. Álora (Málaga). The decision is published in the Official Gazette of the Regional Government of Andalusia (BOJA) number 164, of August 25, 2026, by means of the Resolution of August 13, 2026, signed by the general director Antonio Parralo Vegazo.

The hiring is part of the process of stabilization of Andalusian public employment, in accordance with the twenty-eighth additional provision of Law 5/2023, of June 7, on the Public Service of Andalusia, and the provisions of the eleventh base of the Resolution of February 20, 2025 (BOJA no. 38, of February 25). The coverage responds to the Agreement of the Selection Commission for the professional category “Technical Personnel in Social Integration,” dated June 23, 2026, for additional positions to those provided for in the first base, section 3, of the aforementioned resolution.

Destination and formalization of the contract

The assigned position is located at the E.O.E. Álora (Málaga), under the Territorial Delegation of the Ministry of Education in Málaga. The selected person must appear before the corresponding Provincial General Secretariat to formalize the permanent labor contract.

• Deadline for appearance: ten business days from the day following the publication in the BOJA.
• Effects of the contract: the day following the end of said period.
• Consequence of non-appearance without justified cause: withdrawal and annulment of the procedural actions.

Contract conditions

The contract will include a probationary period of one month, in accordance with article 19 of the VI Collective Agreement of the Labor Personnel of the Administration of the Regional Government of Andalusia, unless the person has already performed the same functions within the scope of said agreement for an equivalent period. The management center assigned to the position will promote, before the General Personnel Registry, through the SIRhUS application, the registry entries derived from the resolution.

Appeals

An appeal may be filed against the resolution before the Social Section of the Court of First Instance that corresponds, in accordance with articles 1, 2, and 6 of Law 36/2011, of October 10, regulating social jurisdiction, within a period of two months from the day following its publication.

This resolution represents a further step in the consolidation of structural positions within the Andalusian educational system, guaranteeing the stability of educational guidance teams and reinforcing attention to social integration in the region of Álora.
