Constituyen en Antofagasta la cooperativa de servicios generales VOH DALE

The VOH DALE General Services Cooperative was established in the commune of Antofagasta, Antofagasta Region, according to the notarial extract published in the Official Gazette of the Republic of Chile on Saturday, October 10, 2026, under official reference CVE 2884582. The minutes of the Constitutive General Meeting, dated September 3, 2026, were reduced to a public deed on October 6, 2026, before the notary Gonzalo Hurtado Peralta, head of the Third Notary Office of Antofagasta, under Repertory No. 5598-2026. The entity will operate under the acronym or trade name VOH DALE COOP and its business purpose will be the distribution of goods and the provision of general services to its members.

The insertion appears in Section V of the Official Gazette, dedicated to “Constitutions, modifications, and dissolutions of companies and cooperatives,” within issue No. 44,571, under the heading “Companies and Cooperatives.” The text is an extract certified by the notary Gonzalo Hurtado Peralta, with offices at Almirante Juan José Latorre street number 2398 in Antofagasta, and was electronically signed in accordance with Law No. 19,799, with a timestamp and advanced electronic signature.

A first extract of the same cooperative had already been published in the same section of the Official Gazette on October 2, 2026, under reference CVE 2881067, with a deed dated September 16, 2026, and Repertory No. 5190-2026. The current publication updates the data of the constitution deed and confirms the validity of the corporate act.

Corporate Purpose and Internal Regulations

The extract defines the specific objectives of the cooperative and its framework for action:

  • Distribution of goods and provision of general services of all kinds, preferably to its members.
  • Purpose of improving the environmental and economic conditions of the members and satisfying their family, social, occupational, or cultural needs.
  • Observance of political and religious neutrality, which is also required of the members in their internal activities.

Domicile, Duration, and Capital

The registration data recorded in the publication are as follows:

  • Domicile: commune of Antofagasta, Antofagasta Region, with the ability to establish agencies, branches, or representations at any point in the country.
  • Duration: indefinite, without prejudice to the general causes of dissolution provided for in the General Law of Cooperatives.
  • Initial subscribed and paid capital: 400,000 pesos ($400,000), divided into 100 participation shares with an initial value of 4,000 pesos ($4,000) each.
  • Members attending the Constitutive General Meeting: five.

Publication and Effects

Section V of the Official Gazette serves to publicize the constitution of companies and cooperatives, such that the notarial extract is the instrument through which third parties can learn of the existence, domicile, purpose, and capital of the entity. In this case, the extract certifies the reduction to public deed of the constitutive act and enables the cooperative to act in all its social operations under the acronym VOH DALE COOP.

The constitution was formalized before the Third Notary Office of Antofagasta, with its office in the same city where the cooperative establishes its domicile, which places its administration and activity in the Antofagasta Region.

The creation of a general services cooperative in Antofagasta expands the offer of social economy organizations in the region and opens a supply route for goods and services for its five founding members. The cooperative model allows surpluses and activity to be oriented toward the needs of the members themselves, with political and religious neutrality declared in the bylaws, and its publication in the Official Gazette provides legal certainty toward third parties.
