The Examining Board will be composed of seven members assisted by a secretary, with an equal number of substitutes. The order of appearance for the candidates will begin with surnames starting with the letter “B”, in accordance with the Resolution of the State Secretariat for Public Function of June 29, 2026.
Appointment and employment pool
Once the tests are completed, the Board will publish the final list in order of score on the Notice Board of the City of Ceuta, and cannot declare more candidates as having passed the process than there are positions announced. Those who pass will have 20 business days to submit the documentation to the General Directorate of Human Resources (Palacio Autonómico, Plaza de África, s/n, 51001 Ceuta).
The appointment as career civil servants will be carried out by a resolution published in the BOCCE, with the assumption of office within a period of 15 calendar days. Additionally, a temporary employment pool will be established with those who pass at least the first exercise, governed by the general bases published in BOCCE No. 6527, of July 4, 2025.
The call opens a stable route of access to public employment in the socio-educational field of Ceuta, a sector with high demand for personnel in protection and reform centers. Interested parties should note that the period only begins to count after the publication of the announcement in the BOE, so it is advisable to already prepare the required qualification and the proof of payment of fees.
