Castrillo de la Guareña approves renaming Juan Carlos I Street

The Plenary Session of the City Council of Castrillo de la Guareña approved on September 25, 2026, the file for the modification of the name of Calle Juan Carlos I, which is to be renamed Calle la Plaza. • Contentious-administrative appeal, within two months from the day following the receipt of the notification, before the Contentious-Administrative Court of Zamora, in accordance with article 46 of Law 29/1998, of July 13, of the Contentious-Administrative Jurisdiction.

The announcement itself specifies that if the optional appeal for reversal is chosen, the contentious-administrative appeal cannot be filed until the former has been expressly resolved or has been dismissed by administrative silence.
