Campamento tenders the urbanization of phases 1 and 2: 94.9 million

The Compensation Board of APE 10.23 Camp Military Installations has put out to tender the urbanization works for phases 1 and 2 and the necessary external connections for the Campamento residential development in Madrid, with an estimated value of 94,889,179.37 euros. The announcement is published in the Official State Gazette (BOE) no. 260, dated October 20, 2026, section V-A, page 55400, with reference BOE-B-2026-34125 and file 01. The deadline for submitting bids ends at 1:00 PM on November 10, 2026.

The contracting authority is the Compensation Board of APE 10.23 Camp Military Installations, an entity with NIF V27648757 and headquarters at Paseo de la Castellana 91 (28046 Madrid), which acts as a public law body under the control of a state authority and whose main activity is housing and community services. The call fully affects the residents and construction companies of southwest Madrid: it concerns the urbanization of the first two phases of a residential area intended to transform the former military lands of Campamento, with an amount that places it among the highest construction contracts published this Tuesday in the BOE. The established calendar leaves barely three weeks to prepare bids of great technical and financial scale, and the result of the award will condition the pace at which future housing developments are built.
