Caldes de Malavella presents the reparceling of the PAU-7 Tourist Club to the public

The City Council of Caldes de Malavella has initially approved the Reparceling Project for the action polygon PAU-7 “Tourist Club” and the final settlement of the works executed in this sector, and has opened a one-month public information period. The agreements were adopted by the Local Government Board in a session on September 17, 2026, and are published in the Official Gazette of the Province of Girona no. 198, dated October 14, 2026, under edict 8726 and reference CVE BOP-2026_0_198_8726 (pp. 1-2).

The file, processed under number 1977/2026, responds to the municipal obligation to submit urban management instruments and the settlement of urbanization works to public information and the hearing of interested parties once executed. The reference technical document is the “REPARCELING PROJECT ACTION POLYGON PAU 7 – ‘TOURIST CLUB’ SETTLEMENT”, drafted by the municipal technical service.

Initial approval of the project and the settlement

The Local Government Board agreed, first, to initially approve the reparceling project of the polygon, drafted on September 8, 2026, by the municipal technical service, consisting of:

• Plans, dated September 9, 2026, with CSV 6EES9AKF3AANWD97SWQQ5SFWH.

Secondly, the final settlement of the works executed in the polygon, contained in the same technical document, was initially approved:

• Report / final settlement, dated September 9, 2026, with CSV AHK4CK75DJ6Q52ETL9QZ4TT52.

Public information and allegations

Both documents are submitted to a one-month public information period, which will be counted from the publication of the announcement in the Official Gazette of the Province of Girona. Dissemination will be carried out through:

• The City Council’s notice board.
• The Official Gazette of the Province.
• The newspaper El Punt Avui.

Furthermore, the fourth agreement provides for communicating the agreements and the final settlement account to the interested parties, who are granted a hearing for the same term of one month to present any allegations they deem appropriate.

Consultation of documentation

During the public information period, any interested party may examine the file at the municipal offices, located at C/ Vall-llobera s/n, during public office hours:

• Monday to Friday, from 8:30 to 14:30 hours.
• Thursday afternoons, from 16:00 to 18:30 hours.

The reparceling of PAU-7 “Tourist Club” directly affects land ownership and the distribution of charges and benefits among the owners of the properties in the sector, while the final liquidation fixes the final cost of the urbanization works. The one-month period for filing objections opens the last avenue for owner participation before the approval becomes final and can be registered in the Property Registry.
