Córdoba regulates the adaptation of projects on non-developable land

The Municipal Urban Planning Management (GMU) of Córdoba has issued Instruction 02/2026, which establishes the procedure for the application of the eighth transitional provision of the General Regulation of Law 7/2021, of December 1, regarding the adaptation of action projects on non-developable land. The edict, signed by the manager on July 21, 2026, was made public in the Official Gazette of the Province of Córdoba number 175, of September 10, 2026, page 13,026, with reference BOP-A-2026-2703.
The instruction affects action projects on non-developable land that were approved in accordance with Law 7/2002, of December 17, on Urban Planning of Andalusia (LOUA).
