Córdoba approves the Detailed Study of Luis Valenzuela 26 Street

The Local Government Board of the Most Excellent City Council of Córdoba, in an ordinary session held on May 18, 2026, initially approved the Detailed Study of the plot located at 26 Luis Valenzuela Street, cadastral reference 5255720UG4955N. The agreement, which subjects the file to public inspection for twenty days, is published in the Official Gazette of the Province of Córdoba number 163, dated August 24, 2026, with the official reference BOP-A-2026-2868.

The processing corresponds to the Municipal Urban Planning Management of Córdoba, which acts as the managing body for the planning file Ref. Public information and citizen participation

The file is subject to public inspection for a period of twenty days, which will be counted from the day following its publication or notification, excluding Saturdays, Sundays, and holidays from the count. Dissemination will be carried out through edicts in the Official Gazette of the Province, exhibition on the notice board of the City Council and the Municipal Urban Planning Management, and notification to the owners included in the scope, according to the data from the cadastral certifications of the Property Registry (article 78.5 of the LISTA and article 104.4.c of the RGLISTA).
