The Territorial Labor Office of Burgos, under the Territorial Delegation of the Junta de Castilla y León, has ordered the registration and publication of the salary tables for the year 2026 of the collective agreement for the mixed trade activities sector of the province. This measure is detailed in the Resolution of August 11, 2026, disseminated in the Official Gazette of the Province of Burgos number 161, dated August 26, 2026, with reference BOPBUR-2026-03568.
The update agreement was signed on July 7, 2026, by the negotiating commission of the agreement, and its registration and publication are processed in accordance with current regulations regarding collective agreements. The resolution, signed on August 12, 2026, by the head of the Territorial Labor Office, Juan Martín Antón Crespo, complies with the provisions of article 90.2 and 3 of Royal Legislative Decree 2/2015, of October 23, which approves the revised text of the Workers’ Statute Law.
Regulatory Framework and Procedure
The processing is based on Royal Decree 713/2010, of May 28, on the registration and deposit of collective agreements and labor agreements, as well as Royal Decree 831/95, of May 30, on the transfer of functions and services from the State Administration to the Community of Castilla y León regarding Labor. The framework is completed by Order PRE/813/2022, of July 5, which develops the organic structure and defines the functions of the Territorial Labor Offices.
The agreement is listed in the registry under code C.C. 09000105011982. The resolution agrees on two main actions:
- Order the registration of the salary tables in the registry of collective agreements, collective labor agreements, and equality plans of the governing center, with notification to the negotiating commission.
- Arrange for its publication in the Official Gazette of the Province of Burgos.
Content of the Tables
The updated tables contain the remuneration structure of the sector for 2026, organized by professional groups and categories. The salary chart distinguishes between the Management, Sales, and Administration groups, with their corresponding levels and categories, including first-class shop assistants, administrative assistants, and specific auxiliary services.
The publication incorporates the annual and monthly amounts corresponding to each category, applicable to the mixed trade workers of the province of Burgos during the 2026 fiscal year. The full text of the tables is deposited in the agreements registry, where it can be consulted by interested parties.
Scope and Impact
The update of the salary tables affects thousands of workers and companies in the mixed trade sector of the province of Burgos, a sector of great weight in the local economic fabric. The publication in the official bulletin provides publicity and legal effectiveness to the new amounts, which now become mandatory for companies within the scope of the agreement.
With this resolution, the Regional Government of Castilla y León guarantees the transparency and legal certainty of the agreement reached between the employers’ association and the trade unions, ensuring that the updated salaries are applied uniformly throughout the provincial territory during 2026.
