Bolaños de Calatrava opens grants for its Passion brotherhoods and confraternities

The City Council of Bolaños de Calatrava has announced grants on a competitive basis intended to finance investments and operating expenses of the Passion Brotherhoods and Confraternities of the municipality. Documentation and submission deadline

The application must necessarily be submitted through the electronic office of the City Council of Bolaños de Calatrava, via the electronic registration path corresponding to the call for grants and activities for associations or other entities, accessing with an electronic certificate or permanent cl@ve. The required documentation is as follows:

• Project for the activity to be subsidized, including a description of the investments, a detailed budget of income and expenses, a completion schedule, and the number of beneficiaries.
• Sworn statement from the manager or legal representative certifying that they are up to date with tax and fiscal obligations and with Social Security, and that they do not incur the incompatibilities set forth in Article 13 of Law 38/2003.
• Sworn statement from the legal representative regarding subsidies requested or granted for the same purpose by other public or private entities.
• Authorization for the City Council to collect tax data and verification of being up to date with Social Security.
• CIF (Tax Identification Number), if not previously submitted.
• Third-party data form, if not previously submitted.
• Certificate from the Secretary of the Association stating the legal representative of the entity.

The deadline for submitting applications will be 10 business days starting from the day following the publication of the call in the Official Provincial Gazette, on the City Council notice board, and on the municipal website.

The call reaches the passion brotherhoods of Bolaños de Calatrava with a short deadline and an entirely electronic process; therefore, interested entities must gather the project, the responsible declarations, and the required certificates in advance if they wish to apply for financing for their investments and operating expenses for the 2025 and 2026 fiscal years.
