Por FactBox Admin

The Binaced City Council has made public the provisional list of admitted and excluded candidates for the creation of a job bank for the positions of leisure monitors and school canteen supervisors. The list is approved by Decree of the Presidency of the Corporation dated August 21, 2026, and is published in the Official Gazette of the Province of Huesca number 161, dated August 25, 2026, with reference BOPH-2026-161003.

The call, under the temporary labor personnel regime, is part of the process initiated by the Mayoral Resolution of August 3, 2026, which approved the call and the rules, and the announcement thereof published on August 6. The process is handled in accordance with Article 20 of the General Regulations for the Admission of Personnel to the Service of the General State Administration (Royal Decree 364/1995) and Article 21.1.h) of Law 7/1985, on the Bases of Local Regime.

The job bank aims to fill positions in the Municipal School Canteen, with professional category C2-CD13. Applicants must meet the following requirements:

  • Official Title of Leisure Monitor or equivalent.
  • School Graduate, ESO (Compulsory Secondary Education), or First Grade Vocational Training or equivalent.
  • Negative certificate of criminal records of a sexual nature.

The provisional list includes two admitted applicants and eight excluded. The admitted candidates are:

  • Nadia Fernández Pueyo (entry registry 1746, 08/17/2026).
  • Marina Llena Riu (entry registry 1775, 08/19/2026).

The excluded candidates, along with the reason for their exclusion, are:

  • Luna Campo Almunia — criminal record certificate.
  • Elena Castarlenas Arroyos — criminal record certificate.
  • María Yanire Citoler Jurado — academic qualification and criminal records.
  • Davínia Moreno Zamorano — criminal records.
  • Ana María Puyal Delgado — Leisure Monitor title.
  • Patricia Santallusia Lemus — academic qualification and criminal records.

Deadlines for Correction and Submission of Merits

Excluded applicants have a period of ten business days from the publication of the announcement in the gazette to file claims or correct the defects that led to their exclusion. Furthermore, since the rules provide for a merit competition phase, all participants are required to submit their supporting merits within the same period of ten business days.

The provisional list, along with the composition of the Selection Board, is published in the gazette and on the City Council’s electronic office (http://binaced.sedelectronica.es). The announcement is signed by the mayor-president, Javier Sorinas Citoler.

The publication of this provisional list opens the allegations phase of a process that will allow the municipality to provide reinforcement staff for the supervision of the school canteen, an essential service for the families of Binaced. Compliance with the deadlines by the interested parties is decisive to avoid losing the opportunity to join the pool.
