Asturias grants 9,538 euros in MOVES III subsidies to three beneficiaries
Por FactBox Admin

The Department of Science, Industry and Employment of the Principality of Asturias has resolved the third grant award of Line 1 and the fourth of Line 2 of the MOVES III Program for the year 2025, with a total amount of 9,538.23 euros. The decision, signed by Councilor Borja Sánchez García on October 16, 2026, is published in the BOPA no. 207, of October 26, 2026, with the official reference 2026-08633.
The framework: European funds for electric mobility
The grants are framed within Royal Decree 266/2021, of April 13, which regulates the incentive program for electric mobility and organizes the direct granting of funds to the autonomous communities within the Recovery, Transformation and Resilience Plan and the NextGenerationEU funds. The regional call was opened by Resolution of July 1, 2025, the extract of which was published in the BOPA of July 9, 2025.
The state reference regulation for this year is Royal Decree-Law 3/2025, of April 1, validated by the Congress of Deputies on April 10, 2025, which gave the program retroactive character by admitting applications submitted since January 1, 2025. The guidelines are completed by Regulation (EU) 2023/2831 on de minimis aid and Regulation (EU) 651/2014 on general block exemptions.
According to the published text, the purpose of this resolution is to resolve applications that, due to various administrative incidents, were not addressed in previous grants. The distribution is carried out under a simple competitive regime and in strict order of entry, in accordance with article 16.4 of Royal Decree 266/2021.
7,000 euros for one vehicle and 2,538.23 for two charging points
The expenditure is charged to the budget application 1407.731A.786.042, charged to two project codes and the 2026 annual budget:
- 2025/00651 MOVES III 2025_Vehicles: 7,000.00 euros.
- 2025/00652 MOVES III 2025_Charging points: 2,538.23 euros.
- Total: 9,538.23 euros.
In Line 1, for the acquisition of plug-in electric and fuel cell vehicles, the only grant awarded amounts to 7,000 euros:
- Inés Alonso Pico, file AYUD/2025/38905, application of January 23, 2025, one vehicle and without a renting formula.
In Line 2, for the implementation of charging infrastructure, two actions of one point each are subsidized:
- Alejandro Fernández Martínez, file AYUD/2026/96630, municipality of Siero, eligible cost of 1,850.00 euros and grant of 1,295.00 euros.
- Beatriz Concha Allende, file AYUD/2025/42126, municipality of Llanes, eligible cost of 1,776.04 euros and grant of 1,243.23 euros.
One denied application and justification deadline until December
Annex III contains the only application not granted: that of Manuel Ángel Coronado Silva, file AYUD/2026/93689, submitted on December 29, 2025. The reason cited is non-compliance with the terms of the call.
Beneficiaries must justify the actions before December 31, 2026, using the electronic forms of procedures AYUD0323T07 and AYUD0323T08 from the electronic office of the Principality. Payment will be made in a single installment once the completion of the activity and compliance with tax and Social Security obligations have been verified.
The resolution further warns that the grants are taxable and requires the disclosure of their European origin in accordance with the IDAE Image Manual. Against this act, which concludes the administrative process, a contentious-administrative appeal may be filed before the Contentious-Administrative Chamber of the High Court of Justice of Asturias within two months, or an optional appeal for reversal within one month.
Impact for applicants
The resolution practically closes the distribution of the 2025 call in Asturias and confirms that the program continues to resolve pending files due to administrative incidents, not due to a lack of funds. For beneficiaries, the schedule is tight: the justification must be closed before December 31, 2026, to receive the single planned payment, and those who disagree have two months from publication to seek judicial recourse.
