The tender price set by the City Council is 10,000.00 euros, an amount that can be improved upwards and will be paid between the third and fifth month following the award. The evaluation of the bids depends entirely on the amount of the annual fee, with a maximum of 100 points for the best economic proposal and the distribution of the remainder by a simple and direct rule of three. The applicable annual rate will be that established in the Fiscal Ordinance regulating the Fee for Use and Provision of Services of the Municipal Market or the regulation that may replace it. The term of the concession extends to 25 years.

Regarding guarantees, no provisional guarantee is required, and a definitive guarantee of 5% of the value offered for the occupied public domain is established. The conditioning works will be borne by the concessionaire and may not alter the exterior appearance or the roof of the market; furniture, fixtures, cold rooms, awnings, and other equipment in the premises are not included and will be removed by the previous owner before the award.
