ASIC moves to deregister Herston Road Hospital Carpark Property Syndicate

The Australian Securities and Investments Commission (ASIC) may deregister the Herston Road Hospital Carpark Property Syndicate (ARSN 095 469 033) two months after publication of its notice, unless it is given an acceptable reason not to proceed. The intention is published in the ASIC Gazette No. A38/26 of Tuesday 22 September 2026, in the “Company/scheme deregistrations” section. The notice is issued under subsection 601PB(2) of the Corporations Act 2001 and is dated 18 September 2026.

The ASIC Gazette is the Commonwealth of Australia Gazette published by ASIC, and it is the vehicle through which the regulator gives formal public notice of decisions taken under the Corporations Act 2001. Subsection 601PB(2) is the provision under which ASIC may deregister a managed investment scheme, and the gazette notice is the public warning that precedes that step.
