Arauzo de Miel initiates ex officio the demolition of a house

The City Council of Arauzo de Miel has initiated ex officio the procedure for the declaration of ruin of a property located at Corralizas Street, number 16, in the Doña Santos neighborhood of that Burgos town. The decision was adopted by resolution of the Mayor’s Office dated September 9, 2026, and is made public in the Official Gazette of the Province of Burgos number 181, corresponding to Wednesday, September 23, 2026, with the official reference BOPBUR-2026-03907. The announcement opens a two-month public information period so that any interested party may examine the file and submit allegations.

The file is included in section III. Local Administration of the provincial gazette, under the heading of the City Council of Arauzo de Miel, and is titled “Public information regarding the procedure for the declaration of ruin of a property within the municipal district of Arauzo de Miel (Burgos)”. The processing is not handled directly by the council, but is supported by a management entrustment to the municipal urban planning technician, formalized through the corresponding agreement. By virtue of that entrustment, and in compliance with the provisions of article 326.1 of Decree 22/2004, of January 29, which approves the Urban Planning Regulations of Castilla y León, it is the responsibility of the Provincial Council to carry out the public information process of the file.

Public information and deadlines

The announcement grants a period of two months, calculated from the day following the publication of the text in the Official Gazette of the Province of Burgos, for any natural or legal person to examine the file and submit in writing any observations they deem appropriate. The count therefore begins on September 24, 2026.

In addition to its insertion in the provincial gazette, the announcement will be disseminated through two other official channels:

• The electronic office of the Provincial Council of Burgos.
• The notice board of the City Council of Arauzo de Miel.
